The topic of diversity in the practice of law is widely discussed in all sectors of the legal profession, both public and private. The impact of this discourse affects everyone -- from law professors and students to judges and practitioners, as well as those in the communities that are served by them. We have collected several publications that offer a sampling of the various viewpoints on this topic. While this publication list is by no means complete, we hope that we have captured the essence of the diversity debate with the hope of promoting candid dialogue and inspiring meaningful change.
